Some of the takeaways:
1. "We are in the middle of a mega trend of declining response rates. They are half of what they were two years ago. As the supply of messages goes up, tools are being put in place in stop them from coming in."
2. "The math penciled out for SDRs to prospect $25K deals. As response rates halved, the floor went to $50K. In two years, it will be $100K. The writing is on the wall."
3. "The relative value (engagement, quality of focus) of organic social is 100x more than paid social."
Our dance card is filling up fast. So, if interested in building up your personal brand and sharing your story, respond today.

When are you available?
From a recent conversation with a Fortune 500 CISO:
“I get stuff delivered to my house that I never asked for… One of the sales reps called my wife’s mobile phone (!) looking for me… I get offered $1,000+ gifts for a call. None of these tactics will ever work with me.”
These tactics - that don’t work - are a clear sign of 1) desperation and 2) degraded performance of other channels.
Unfortunately, some people in cybersecurity GTM field tend to double down on things that “used to work”: if outbound response rates halved, we need to double outbound just to stay in the same spot, that kind of thing.
Unfortunately, one would run of TAM quick with approaches like these.
If old channels - outbound, paid search, content - don’t work as well as they used to, which alternative channels are you considering to generate demand and fill the pipeline?
