Have you noticed recently that tried and true playbooks for generating new business pipeline are not producing the same results as they used to?
For example:
SEO is being massively reshaped by changing search habits (blame AI) and ever shifting algorithms (blame Google).
Outbound sales and marketing campaigns, including email, phone and social experience ever dropping response and engagement rates, as better technology solutions generate more noise faster and humans are evolving their personal filtering solutions to cope.
Events, virtual and live, are often getting more expensive (venues and F&B) and less effective due to event fatigue.
What playbooks are working for you? What are you changing/adding/removing from your 2025 plans? Join the conversation.
